Terms & Conditions

1. Earning & Redeeming Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty Points are awarded only for purchases made online at goldworlddiamondltd.com.
  • Customers earn 1 point for every BDT 100 spent, with a minimum purchase of BDT 5,000 to start earning points.
  • A maximum of 1,000 points may be redeemed in a single purchase.
  • Loyalty Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points may only be redeemed for online purchases.

2. Exclusion of Loyalty Points During Discounted Offers

  • If a 25% discount is applied to products or making charges, Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for that purchase.
  • However, you will still earn points on the product price during such promotions, which you can use on your next purchase.

3. Application of Loyalty Points on Product Price Only

  • Loyalty Points apply only to the product price before VAT and making charges.

How it works:

  1. Points are deducted from the product subtotal.
  2. VAT and making charges are then calculated on the remaining balance.

4. Multi-Product Cart Scenario

  • When multiple items are in the cart, Loyalty Points can be applied only to diamond products.
  • During checkout, the system clearly shows which product(s) have Loyalty Points applied.

5. Redemption Restrictions

  • Points cannot be redeemed on gold or platinum plan products.
  • Points cannot be used on scheme products or other restricted promotional items.

6. Customer Notification & Transparency

At checkout, you will see:

  • Whether Loyalty Points are eligible for the transaction.
  • Exactly how and where points are applied within your order summary.

7. Program Changes

Gold World Diamond Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time without prior notice.
The program is valid only for diamond jewellery purchases.
