    • Yes, all our jewellery (diamond, gold, platinum) is 100% authentic. We only source from trusted suppliers and each piece meets our quality standards.
  2. Do you provide certifications?
    • Yes, for diamond jewellery and precious metals, we provide authenticity/certification documents where applicable. If you purchase a high-carat diamond, you will receive a certificate detailing the stone’s clarity, cut, colour, and carat weight.
  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept major payment options via secure payment gateways. This may include credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and bank transfers. (Exact list depends on the current site-settings.)
  4. Is payment secure?
    • Yes; all payment methods are processed via secured gateways. Your financial information is handled safely and encrypted to protect privacy.
  5. Do you offer free delivery?
    • Yes, we offer free home delivery throughout Bangladesh.
  6. What is lifetime servicing?
    • Our lifetime servicing includes free rhodium plating, polishing, and resizing of jewellery items, so that your piece stays in top condition over time.
  7. What is your return / exchange policy?
    • Items in new, unworn condition may be exchanged or returned within a certain period after delivery (e.g. 7–14 days). Please check the “Terms & Conditions” section.
    • Custom orders, engraved/personalised items, or items damaged by misuse may not be returnable.
  8. How long does delivery take?
    • Delivery time depends on your location in Bangladesh. Usually it takes ___ days (e.g. 1-3 business days for Dhaka, longer for remote areas).
  9. Do you ship internationally?
    • Currently, we ship within Bangladesh only. If international shipping becomes available, we will provide the details on our site.
  10. How are metal rates determined?
    • We update our gold / precious metal rates daily based on global market rates + local import costs. The rate displayed reflects current rate for 18KT gold, etc.
  11. Can I see the product in person before purchase?
    • Yes. You are welcome to come to our showroom located at Level-07, Block-B, Shop No-20,21, Bashundhara City Shopping Mall, Panthapath, Dhaka-1215 to view the items in person.
  12. What if a product is out of stock?
    • If an item is out of stock, you may request a notification when it becomes available again. For special/custom pieces we can often make them on demand.
  13. Do you offer an online EMI / installment payment option?
    • Yes, we have an Online EMI Facility available for eligible customers and products. Details (duration, banks, fees) are provided at checkout.
  14. How do loyalty points work?
    • We offer a loyalty rewards program: for each purchase you earn points which can be redeemed on future orders. (Check Loyalty Points Info page for rules.)
  15. How do I take care of my jewellery?
    • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or perfumes for prolonged periods.
    • Store each piece in soft cloth bags or jewellery box with separations to avoid scratching.
    • Clean gently with a soft cloth; rhodium plating may fade over time but we provide free rhodium service.
